Greetings Everyone,

This team page is to help raise funds for Narcan.  We know that it is a much needed live saving drug for people in the community dealing with an addiction.  We can have compassion and work together to help this issue or you can continue to condemn those affected by it.  By condemning those around you for an issue doesn't help the matter at fact it makes the matter worse and causes those around you to hide it.  This page is set up for those with TRUE Compassion for thier fellow human beings to help out.  Remember addiction effects everyone....

Any donation will help.  We would like to get more than just the $300 but this is a nice goal that can allow people to give whatever they can afford.  Thank you for the support and compassion you will help provide to those in need.  Time to help our youth, elderly, veterans, parents, and neighbors with this life saving drug....please step up and help make a difference.

ABOUT 2017 Keep Calm And Carry Naloxone

Keep Calm and Carry Naloxone

In the lead up to August 31st, International Overdose Awareness Day, the Health Equity Alliance and its allies are committed to raising $28,200, enough funds to purchase 376 naloxone kits, one for every Mainer who died of a drug overdose in 2016.

Kits will be distributed directly to people who use drugs throughout Maine through the Health Equity Alliance and other community-based programs that work closely with people who use drugs.

To meet this ambitious goal, we’re looking to you: the community.

The Keep Calm and Carry Naloxone campaign is a social fundraiser that relies on community members to raise small gifts towards a larger goal. If 375 people raise at least $75 each we can attain our goal and help reverse the tide of drug overdose deaths that has been sweeping Maine.

We need you to talk to your friends, your families, your co-workers, your associates, everybody you know, about the campaign and how they can contribute. Set your goal as low at $75 or higher to contribute more to the cause, and collect contributions of $5, $10, as much as people are willing to give towards your goal.

For every $75 you raise, you save a life.

Narcan Party

All contributions will be counted and celebrated on August 31st, International Overdose Awareness Day at a Narcan Party hosted by HEAL and allies in Bangor.
